Eligibility to Use the Service

Content
The Service allows you to publish, link, store, disseminate, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (collectively referred to as "Content"). You are solely responsible for any Content you post on the Service, including its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on the Service, you grant Belair Mobile, Inc. an irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content within and through the Service. However, you retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on the Service, and it is your responsibility to protect those rights.
Additionally, you represent and warrant that your Content does not infringe upon the rights of any individual.
Premium Subscriptions
Subscription Fees and Renewal:
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same duration (either monthly or annually) unless automatic renewal is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Deactivating Automatic Renewal:
To turn off the automatic renewal for your subscription, you must access the Account Settings section within your iTunes application.
Free Trial:
If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of that trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, if applicable.
Terms of Service: User Conduct
Respect for Third-Party Rights
Belair Mobile, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") upholds the rights of third parties and expects all users of the Services to do the same. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Services in any way that infringes upon or violates the rights of any individual or entity.
Permissible Use
The Services are intended solely for lawful and authorized purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that are illegal or otherwise violate these Terms of Service.
Automated Access and Data Extraction
The use of automated tools or scripts to access the Services or extract information about other users is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Applications
Developing or using third-party applications that interact with the Services without the prior written consent of the Provider is strictly forbidden.
Disruption of Services
Users are prohibited from engaging in any actions that disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
Unauthorized Account Usage
Using another user's account without their explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Content Restrictions

Belair Mobile, Inc. reserves the unilateral right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately and without prior notice. Upon termination of your account, your authorization to use the Services will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Belair Mobile, Inc., or any of its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Services.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Waiver

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access and use the Services after any changes are made, users agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
